I tried a few out of my own. Oh, my comment about the save-a-dates were after your comment on my page.
What kind of soaking-- water or dying?
The dying was actually really fast! it soaked up all of the dye withing 10 mintutes or less, so I didn't have to wait around that long, for two skeins. However, I did give them a good long soaking in the water beforehand.
Are you in Chicago for "The Taste?"
I get about 440 yards in each skein of mine.
I was soo excited about getting my bare yarn in the mail... I had nothing better to do on a Friday. lol. They even dyed really nicely.
