Okay, soooo Lotus Knits is holding a contest for yarn and of course I had to enter it. I am supposed to post a picture of my first finished project. Behold my 6 stitch on size 15 needle scarf (below). My friend Anna can verify that it was in fact knit on size 15's. . . . those needles are fucking logs!!!!! I have no idea how I did it. I now have trouble with size 6's. . . .
Anyways, The contest is for a skein of her hand-painted sock yarn. Please enter, it's fun! Plus. . . .I wanna see the embarressing moments in knitting! =P
Next up for me is a pair of Genevieves for my sockpal using a new skein from Fearless Fibers. (Genevieves below)

I made a scarf much like that. Bulky wool and HUGE ass needles. Oy. Now it's like knitting with broomsticks to use a 15.
I entered her contest. I love that Amber yarn.
If you say there is a possibility of free sock yarn, I am all over it. I think I have entered 3 sock yarn giveaways over this last week.
